Korea Concierge
Terms of Service
These terms describe how Korea Concierge handles secondhand item requests, quotes, resale, and shipment.
Seller of Record
Korea Concierge acts as the principal seller of record. We purchase items in our own name with our own funds and resell them to you. We are not your purchasing agent; the resale contract is between you and Korea Concierge.
Service Provisions (settling-in, housing support, education)
- Korea Concierge is the service provider for every engagement. The service contract is between you and us.
- Every engagement starts with a written quote listing each line item. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote, and payment is collected through PayPal.
- Housing support covers document review, interpretation, and admin assistance only. We do not source, recommend, or broker listings.
- Contract review support summarizes terms and compares against market data. It is not legal advice.
- Refunds: full refund before work begins. Once work has begun, we refund the unworked portion of the quote, itemized against the original line items.
- Deliverables come with evidence: documents, confirmations, and receipts are attached to your request ledger.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled between you and Korea Concierge. We remain your counterparty for the resale transaction.
Secondhand Condition
Items are secondhand unless expressly stated otherwise. Inspection, evidence, seller checks, receipts, photos, and tracking records are shown through the transparent order ledger.
Restricted Items
We may reject requests involving prohibited or restricted items, including listings that raise customs, export, counterfeit, heritage, weapon, wildlife, tobacco, alcohol, medical, or other regulated-item concerns.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact us at youngji.kim@concierge.youngji.kim.
