How Korea Concierge handles information submitted through our website and MCP tools.
Information we collect
Order requests include your name, email, listing URL, item details and notes, delivery corridor, quote, payment status, and later proof or tracking information. Service requests include your email, optional name, service area, request details, quote, payment status, and delivery records.
Free checks and MCP telemetry
The rent and jeonse checks do not require an account or email. For MCP tool calls, we record only the tool name, success status, and duration, plus an error code when applicable. This telemetry does not contain the tool input or personal information. MCP tool calls are not measured with Google Analytics.
Service providers
Supabase stores our database in its Seoul region. PayPal processes payments. We do not receive or store your card details. Resend sends transactional email. Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics measure website use only. Vercel hosts the website and MCP endpoint.
Retention and requests
We keep request, order, payment-status, and delivery records for operating the service and maintaining transaction evidence. To ask about your data or request deletion, email orders@concierge.youngji.kim. We will assess deletion requests against records we need to retain for completed transactions or legal obligations.
